Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14-30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, there are three situations where refunds are acceptable here. Items must be unused and in original condition. Items must be returned in the original packaging or proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Please note that Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Worldwide Return
Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team. Email: support@carvedkeep.com Please include your order number, the reason for return and photos or video evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with detailed return instructions.
International Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. Return shipping fees vary by country and carrier. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all international returns. Carvedkeep is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Refunds for International Orders
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Please note that international banks or payment processing fees (if any) are non-refundable. And refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping when applicable.
Customs & Duties on Returns/ Exchanges
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Returned packages should be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges. Exchanges are available depending on product availability.
